Testing your Mobility

Mobility is often neglected, but is a key factor in an athletes performance.

There is no need for a runner to have the kind of flexibility that a gymnast can produce, but if your range of movement is poor then you will probably have a reduced range of movement (often exhibited in a shortened stride length) and will be more susceptible to injury.

Measuring this can be done with a range of tests.
