How Do I Stretch That Muscle?

 
Use the picture below of Tom to learn how to stretch a muscle. Simply click on the box pointing to the area of the body that you want to know about.

A red box means that the muscle is at the back of his body, whilst a blue one is a muscle on his front.

We will be adding more stretches to this picture shortly, however, if you need to know how to stretch a specific muscle - why not e-mail us and we will endeavour to add it.
