This site has been compiled by a group of coaches and athletes with the aim of providing useful information to anyone wishing to tackle training for a running event. Every effort has been made to ensure that the advice is good and we ask that you read all of the information provided carefully and follow the instructions given for completing activities. Our site is a summary of the combined knowledge accrued over many years of experience.
