Here we supply a range of tools that should help you analyse you diary and hopefully track your progression. If your diary has become quite large it may take a few seconds for all the information to be processed.
You can analyse your diary using any of the following selection criteria, within each of the possible selections are and number of variables that you can adjust, including date ranges and distances run.
- Pick sessions by the date done or by session type (or both)
- Plot graphs and view times of runs for a specific distance
- See how far you have run during particular periods of training
- What are my best times for each distance I've run?
- Select "similar" sessions to view time progressions (hopefully!)
